Saginaw Chippewa whistle blowers have unearthed documents implicating lobbyist Scott Reed’s mentors in the take over of their tribe by fictitious Indians, which mirrors the non-Native usurpation of numerous other former and existing tribal clients of Chesapeake Enterprises’ Reed and his partner, Larry Rosenthal of Ietan Consulting. Aurene Martin: Portrait of a Corrupt Insider
Former Acting Assistant Secretary of Interior Aurene Martin has had her fair share of controversies, but she has deftly, and without principle, used her status as an insider to maneuver around them. (more…)
Charles Schwab Acquires Business with Former Abramoff Client
Fund raisers for Sen. John McCain, who called for an investigation into tribal lobbying through the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, have acquired lucrative business opportunities with Republican super-lobbyist Jack Abramoff’s former clients, as has been extensively documented on this blog and in my book, Lynched! Among the latest friends of McCain to cash in is Charles Schwab & Co., a prominent banking and brokerage company. (more…)
Tom Rodgers Dangerfield: No Respect for Scandalizing Abramoff
Much like Rodney Dangerfield, Carlyle Consulting lobbyist Tom Rodgers can’t seem to get much respect these days. He really thought he would be recognized as a hero of historic importance, much like Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward, for helping to expose a scandal bigger than Watergate. Rodgers solicited an ethics award from his own law school and even had a hand in having himself written up in his own law school journal, which extolled his virtues and role in setting up Abramoff. Michigan Newspaper Smears Abramoff with False Narrative
Eric Baerren, a columnist with the Morning Sun, is attempting to make a name for himself by blogging about his mention on the dust jacket of former Republican super-lobbyist Jack Abramoff’s recently released book, Capitol Punishment. On the cover, Baerren is quoted as describing Abramoff as “lower than pond scum, parasite with no redeeming qualities.” (more…)
Fake Natives Receive $250,000 Windfall
The latest scheme hatched at the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan involves doling out $250,000 tax-free bonuses to fictitious Indians and their allies. Initiated by former Chief Fred Cantu, a close ally of Sen. John McCain, the “incentive bonus” is intended to reward tribal members for 25 years of service to the tribe. The catch is, however, that the jobs on the reservation are typically reserved for the fictitious Indians and their allies, regardless of their qualifications to hold them. (more…)
Banks Associated with SunCruz Fraud Cash in with Saginaw Chippewas
The fraud within the SunCruz loan which downed the career of Republican super-lobbyist Jack Abramoff was allegedly structured in 2000 by Foothill Wells Fargo under the advice of its counsel, Schulte Roth & Zabel, which also represented Merrill Lynch, the Seminole Tribe’s financial advisor. (more…)
The Fake Indians from Flint
Congressman Dale Kildee, who has been battling pedophile allegations from his vindictive family, really had it coming. Of course no one deserves to be wrongly accused nor should false allegations, especially of child molestation (if they are indeed false), ever be tolerated. However, Kildee’s relatives were right to feel snubbed after he refused their entreaties for federal benefits. (more…)
Family Members Accuse Kildee of Molesting Second Cousin
If we have learned anything from child sex scandals, it’s that ignoring and covering up the abuse empowers the predators and perpetuates the victimization of children. After former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky was arrested on 40 counts of sexual abuse of young boys over a 15-year period, the state’s attorney general anticipated that more victims might come forward. The question is, why was Sandusky allowed to get away this child abuse for so long and why is the media ignoring similar allegations surrounding Congressman Dale Kildee? (more…)
The Billion Dollar Heist
A year after the Saginaw Chippewa’s witness appeared in the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, where he brazenly provided false testimony against super-lobbyist Jack Abramoff, the looting of the Michigan tribe at the hands of interests affiliated with the contrived scandal got underway. Once Abramoff was ousted as lobbyist, the false accusers donned their proverbial black masks and staged an alleged $1 billion heist. (more…)
